OLNIN membership onboarding flow

From inquiry to active membership.

The complete sequence supplied by OLNIN, presented step by step. Submission does not by itself create or activate membership.

Nine-stage process

Clear gates. Considered approval.

Each stage must be completed where applicable before OLNIN issues account and facility access.

Name, contact details, company, package or service, and the basic requirement.

OLNIN reviews the requirement and decides whether to proceed.

Identity documents, supporting documents and the required checks are completed.

OLNIN agrees to proceed with the applicant.

The applicant receives the secure website or registration link.

The applicable membership, facility, booking, event, add-on, portal and privacy documents are reviewed and accepted.

Membership fee, setup fee and any applicable security deposit are cleared.

Membership is formally approved and activated.

Username, password, member portal, online reservations and account access are issued; the applicant becomes an active member.
