OLNIN PRIVATE LIMITED ADD-ON SERVICES TERMS

These Add-On Services Terms (“Add-On Terms”) govern optional services that may be purchased or requested by eligible OLNIN Members or other authorized users.
These Add-On Terms operate together with the Membership Agreement, Membership & Facility Policies, applicable Membership Package, Booking Terms, quotation and any other applicable OLNIN terms.
1. AVAILABLE ADD-ON SERVICES
Depending on availability and the applicable Membership Package, OLNIN may offer the following optional services:
Lockers Parking access / parking cards / access credentials Valet Parking Secretarial Support Concierge Services Additional Meeting Room or Boardroom usage Other services that OLNIN may introduce from time to time Add-On Services are not automatically included in every Membership Package unless expressly stated.
2. AVAILABILITY
All Add-On Services are:
- optional;
- subject to availability;
- subject to applicable operational requirements;
- subject to applicable charges;
- and subject to any specific terms communicated by OLNIN.
Requesting an Add-On Service does not guarantee that OLNIN will be able to provide it.
OLNIN may limit availability according to capacity, staffing, security, operational requirements or other reasonable considerations.
LOCKER SERVICE 3. LOCKER AVAILABILITY OLNIN may provide lockers to Members as an optional service.
Locker availability is subject to:
- available locker capacity;
- Membership status;
- applicable fees;
- and OLNIN's allocation procedures.
A locker is allocated to the Member for the applicable period and does not create any ownership interest in the locker.
4. LOCKER FEE
The current standard locker fee is:
PKR 3,000 per month
The fee is exclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
OLNIN may revise locker fees for future periods by providing appropriate notice.
5. LOCKER USE
Members must use lockers only for lawful and appropriate business or personal items.
A Member must not store:
- illegal items;
- hazardous materials;
- flammable substances;
- perishable materials likely to create hygiene issues;
- dangerous substances;
- prohibited items;
- or anything that may create a safety, security or nuisance risk.
6. LOCKER SECURITY
Members are responsible for the security of items placed inside their locker.
Where OLNIN provides a lock, access credential or similar mechanism, the Member must protect it from unauthorized use.
OLNIN may require access to a locker where reasonably necessary for:
- security;
- emergency;
- maintenance;
- suspected prohibited use;
- or legal or regulatory requirements.
7. LOSS OR DAMAGE
OLNIN does not ordinarily assume responsibility for items stored in lockers except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.
Members should not store valuable, irreplaceable or highly sensitive property in lockers.
8. EXPIRY OR TERMINATION OF LOCKER USE
Locker access ends when:
- the Add-On Service is cancelled;
- the Membership ends;
- the applicable fee remains unpaid;
- OLNIN terminates the service under applicable terms;
- or the locker is otherwise required to be vacated.
Members must remove all belongings promptly.
Items remaining after the applicable period may be handled in accordance with OLNIN's applicable property and unclaimed-item procedures.
PARKING ACCESS / PARKING CARDS / ACCESS CREDENTIALS 9. PARKING SERVICES Where parking arrangements are available, OLNIN may offer Members:
- parking access;
- parking cards;
- parking credentials;
- designated parking arrangements;
- or other parking-related access solutions.
Availability and terms may depend on the applicable Membership Package and parking capacity.
10. PARKING ACCESS IS NOT OWNERSHIP
A parking card, credential or access authorization does not create ownership of a parking space.
OLNIN may determine:
- parking allocation;
- access hours;
- designated areas;
- number of vehicles;
- credential validity;
- and applicable parking procedures.
11. PARKING CARD / CREDENTIAL
Parking cards and access credentials must be used only by the authorized Member or vehicle/person for which they were issued.
Members must not:
- sell;
- transfer;
- duplicate;
- lend;
- modify;
- or misuse parking cards or access credentials.
Lost or compromised credentials must be reported promptly.
Replacement charges may apply.
12. PARKING AVAILABILITY
Parking is subject to availability and may be affected by:
- capacity;
- events;
- security requirements;
- building management;
- third-party parking arrangements;
- or other operational circumstances.
OLNIN does not guarantee continuous availability of a specific parking space unless expressly stated in writing.
VALET PARKING 13. VALET PARKING SERVICE Where available, OLNIN may offer valet parking as an optional service.
Valet service may be:
arranged directly by OLNIN; or provided through an independent third-party valet operator. The applicable arrangement will be communicated at the time of booking or request.
14. VALET AVAILABILITY
Valet parking is subject to:
- availability;
- operating hours;
- staffing;
- parking capacity;
- security requirements;
- and applicable charges.
A request for valet service does not guarantee availability.
15. THIRD-PARTY VALET PROVIDERS
Where valet parking is operated by an independent provider, the provider remains responsible for its own services.
OLNIN does not guarantee the:
- availability;
- performance;
- conduct;
- quality;
- pricing;
- or outcome of an independent valet provider.
The Member may be required to comply with the provider's applicable terms.
SECRETARIAL SUPPORT 16. SECRETARIAL SUPPORT OLNIN may offer optional Secretarial Support to Members on an hourly basis or according to another agreed arrangement.
Subject to availability, Secretarial Support may include:
- document preparation;
- typing;
- formatting;
- printing and scanning assistance;
- basic correspondence assistance;
- scheduling assistance;
- meeting preparation;
- administrative documentation;
- basic data-entry assistance;
- and other reasonable secretarial tasks agreed with OLNIN.
The exact scope of work will depend on the requested task and available staff capacity.
17. SECRETARIAL SUPPORT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Secretarial Support is administrative assistance only.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, it does not include:
- legal advice;
- accounting advice;
- tax advice;
- financial advice;
- investment advice;
- professional consulting;
- regulated professional services;
- or representation before government or other authorities.
Members remain responsible for reviewing and approving documents prepared or processed through Secretarial Support.
18. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
Members may provide confidential information to OLNIN personnel for purposes of requested Secretarial Support.
OLNIN will handle such information in accordance with its applicable Privacy Policy and contractual obligations.
Members should identify particularly sensitive information and take appropriate precautions.
19. SECRETARIAL SERVICE LIMITATIONS
Secretarial Support is subject to:
- staff availability;
- workload;
- requested turnaround time;
- task complexity;
- applicable charges;
- and OLNIN's operational capacity.
OLNIN does not guarantee that every requested task can be completed within a particular timeframe unless expressly confirmed.
CONCIERGE SERVICES 20. CONCIERGE SERVICES OLNIN may provide optional Concierge Services designed to assist Members with reasonable business and lifestyle-related coordination.
Subject to availability, Concierge Services may include:
- arranging transportation;
- coordinating valet services;
- assisting with reservations;
- coordinating approved vendors;
- arranging meeting-related requirements;
- assisting with business-service requests;
- coordinating deliveries;
- arranging basic event-related support;
- providing local service information;
- and other reasonable coordination services.
21. CONCIERGE SERVICE BOUNDARIES
Concierge Services are primarily coordination and facilitation services. OLNIN does not become responsible for the underlying service provided by an independent vendor or third party.
For example, where OLNIN assists a Member in arranging:
- transportation;
- catering;
- valet;
- accommodation;
- printing;
- courier services;
- or another third-party service, the third-party provider remains responsible for its own service.
22. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Where Concierge Services involve third parties, OLNIN may assist with communication or coordination.
However, OLNIN does not guarantee the:
- availability;
- quality;
- performance;
- pricing;
- conduct;
- reliability;
- or outcome of the third-party provider.
The Member may be required to contract directly with and pay the third-party provider.
ADDITIONAL MEETING FACILITY USAGE 23. ADDITIONAL MEETING ROOM / BOARDROOM BOOKINGS Members may request additional Meeting Room or Boardroom usage beyond any complimentary allowance included in their Membership Package. Additional bookings are subject to:
- availability;
- applicable Booking Terms;
- applicable rates;
- advance reservation;
- and applicable taxes.
The Boardroom & Meeting Room Booking Terms govern such bookings.
GENERAL ADD-ON SERVICE TERMS 24. REQUEST AND CONFIRMATION An Add-On Service request does not automatically constitute a confirmed service.
OLNIN may confirm the request through:
- the Member Portal / CRM;
- email;
- written confirmation;
- invoice;
- quotation;
- or another approved communication method.
25. ADD-ON FEES
Add-On Services may be:
- fixed-price;
- hourly;
- monthly;
- usage-based;
- quotation-based;
- or available on request.
Where a fixed price has not been published, OLNIN may provide a quotation or price confirmation before the service is provided.
Applicable taxes are additional unless expressly stated otherwise.
26. PAYMENT
OLNIN may require payment:
- in advance;
- monthly;
- at the time of service;
- upon invoicing;
- or according to the applicable quotation.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of the Add-On Service.
27. CANCELLATION OF ADD-ON SERVICES
Cancellation requirements may vary according to the Add-On Service. Where no specific cancellation period is stated, OLNIN may establish reasonable cancellation requirements based on:
- the nature of the service;
- staffing;
- third-party commitments;
- costs incurred;
- and operational requirements.
28. SERVICE INTERRUPTION
OLNIN may temporarily suspend an Add-On Service because of:
- maintenance;
- staffing issues;
- security requirements;
- technical problems;
- capacity limitations;
- third-party service interruption;
- emergency circumstances;
- or other operational reasons.
Where reasonably practicable, OLNIN may provide an alternative arrangement.
29. NO GUARANTEE
OLNIN provides Add-On Services subject to availability and within the scope of services offered.
Except where expressly agreed in writing, OLNIN does not guarantee the:
- availability;
- performance;
- quality;
- pricing;
- conduct;
- suitability;
- or outcome of any Add-On Service or third-party service.
30. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITY
Members remain responsible for:
- providing accurate instructions;
- providing necessary information;
- approving documents;
- making timely payments;
- complying with applicable laws;
- complying with OLNIN policies;
- and reviewing the results of any service provided.
OLNIN may rely on information supplied by the Member.
31. DAMAGE OR LOSS
Where a Member, Authorized User or Guest causes damage to OLNIN property while receiving or using an Add-On Service, the Member may be responsible for reasonable repair or replacement costs.
32. SECURITY AND PRIVACY
Add-On Services may involve access to Member information, documents, property or facilities.
OLNIN may use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards consistent with its applicable Privacy Policy and security procedures.
Members remain responsible for protecting their own passwords, access credentials and confidential information.
33. MEMBER PORTAL / CRM
Where an Add-On Service is available through the OLNIN Member Portal or CRM, Members may be required to use their authorized account. Members must:
- maintain the confidentiality of their credentials;
- not share passwords;
- promptly report suspected unauthorized access;
- and use the system only for authorized purposes.
Detailed digital-use provisions will be addressed in the Member Portal / CRM Terms of Use.
34. NO TRANSFER
Unless expressly permitted by OLNIN, Add-On Services are personal to the Member and may not be:
- sold;
- transferred;
- assigned;
- sublicensed;
- or provided to another person without OLNIN's prior approval.
35. MEMBERSHIP EXPIRY OR TERMINATION
Unless otherwise agreed, Add-On Services automatically cease when the underlying Membership expires or is terminated.
Any outstanding charges remain payable.
Where an Add-On Service is separately contracted, its specific terms may continue to apply according to that agreement.
36. COMPLIANCE WITH OLNIN POLICIES
All Add-On Services remain subject to:
- the Master Membership Agreement;
- Membership & Facility Policies;
- applicable Membership Package;
- Booking Terms;
- Privacy Policy;
- security requirements;
- and other applicable OLNIN policies.
37. PRIORITY OF TERMS
Where a specific Add-On Service agreement, quotation or booking confirmation contains terms that differ from these general Add-On Terms, the specific written terms will generally apply to that particular service.
38. AMENDMENTS
OLNIN may update these Add-On Terms from time to time to reflect:
- new services;
- operational changes;
- pricing changes;
- technology changes;
- security requirements;
- or legal or regulatory requirements.
Updated terms may apply to future Add-On Service requests from their effective date.
39. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By requesting or using an Add-On Service, the Member acknowledges that:
- Add-On Services are optional unless expressly included in the applicable Membership Package;
- availability is not guaranteed;
- applicable charges may apply;
- certain services may be provided by independent third parties;
- OLNIN may impose reasonable operational and security requirements;
- the Member remains responsible for information and instructions supplied to OLNIN;
- and these Add-On Terms form part of the OLNIN contractual and operational framework.

This document is intended to operate together with the OLNIN Membership Agreement, Membership & Facility Policies, Boardroom & Meeting Room Booking Terms, Event & Rooftop Booking Terms and other applicable OLNIN documentation.
