PART 1 — COMPANY AND BUSINESS STRUCTURE
1. Legal Entity
OLNIN PRIVATE LIMITED ("OLNIN", "Company", "we", "us" or "our") is the legal entity responsible for the services, facilities and business activities described on the Website and in applicable agreements.
OLNIN may operate through different commercial divisions, brands, service lines or business units. These divisions do not, by themselves, constitute separate legal entities.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, contractual relationships are with OLNIN PRIVATE LIMITED.
1.1 Fairway Junction Premium Co-Working Space may provide:
- Premium Shared Workspace;
- Premium Dedicated Desk;
- Executive Private Office;
- Premium Private Office arrangements;
- Corporate or team workspace;
- Boardrooms;
- Meeting rooms;
- conference facilities;
- seminar facilities;
- business support facilities;
- events;
- rooftop facilities;
- floor/event/exhibition facilities;
- technology infrastructure;
- security and access-control systems;
- and related professional services.
Actual packages, features, capacity, pricing and availability are determined by the applicable Package, quotation, Membership Agreement, booking confirmation or other applicable agreement.
1.3 Fairway Junction Café Fairway Junction Café is a business division of OLNIN PRIVATE LIMITED and may provide:
- food and beverages;
- dine-in services;
- hospitality;
- corporate hospitality;
- private gatherings;
- catering;
- and related café services.
Café transactions may be subject to separate service-specific terms.
PART 2 — DEFINITIONS
2. Definitions
For this Legal Package:
"OLNIN" means OLNIN PRIVATE LIMITED.
"Company" means OLNIN PRIVATE LIMITED.
"Website" means the official website, online registration pages, portals and associated digital platforms operated or controlled by OLNIN.
"User" means any person accessing or using the Website.
"Applicant" means a person or organization expressing interest in becoming a Member or receiving a Service.
"Customer" means any person, company, organization or other entity purchasing, booking, requesting or receiving a Service. "Member" means a person or organization formally approved by OLNIN under an applicable membership arrangement.
"Authorized User" means an individual authorized by a Member or Customer to use applicable OLNIN facilities or Services.
"Guest" means a person entering an OLNIN facility at the invitation of a Member, Customer, Authorized User or Event Organizer.
"Visitor" means a person visiting OLNIN for a tour, meeting, appointment, inquiry, delivery, business purpose or other authorized purpose without necessarily being a Member.
"Services" means services offered by OLNIN through any applicable business division.
"Package" means a membership, workspace, meeting, event, add-on, hospitality or other service package offered by OLNIN.
"Workspace" includes shared workspaces, dedicated desks, private offices, team workspaces and other approved work areas.
"Meeting Facilities" includes boardrooms, meeting rooms, conference rooms and seminar facilities.
"Event Facilities" includes approved floor areas, rooftop areas and other designated event or exhibition areas.
"Event Organizer" means the person or organization responsible for booking or conducting an event.
"Agreement" means the applicable written or electronically accepted agreement, including the Master Membership Agreement, service-specific agreement, quotation, proposal, booking confirmation, Package terms and incorporated policies.
"Business Day" means a day on which the relevant OLNIN administrative operations are ordinarily conducted, subject to applicable law.
PART 33 — COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
138. Complaints
Customers are encouraged to raise complaints directly with OLNIN before commencing formal proceedings.
Complaints should, where possible, include:
- name;
- contact information;
- relevant Service;
- date;
- nature of complaint;
- supporting information;
- and requested resolution.
139. Good-Faith Resolution
The parties should attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through direct communication.
Where appropriate, the parties may consider mediation or another lawful alternative dispute-resolution mechanism.

141. Jurisdiction
Subject to mandatory law and any different dispute-resolution provision in a signed or electronically accepted Agreement, disputes are intended to be subject to the competent courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
142. Urgent Relief
Nothing prevents OLNIN from seeking urgent legal relief where reasonably necessary to protect:
- intellectual property;
- confidential information;
- property;
- security;
- data;
- or other legally protected interests.
PART 34 — GOVERNING LAW
143. Governing Law
This Legal Package is intended to be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan.
144. Mandatory Rights
Nothing in this Legal Package is intended to remove, waive or restrict any statutory right or legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
